Student: NZD 460. Note: student registration does NOT include the conference dinner. A separate dinner ticket is available for purchase at NZD 100 per person.

NZD 300 per person (this includes all sessions, morning tea, afternoon tea and conference dinner). Note: an accompanying person is a person who accompanies the participant, such as spouse. A colleague of the participant is NOT a qualified accompany person.
The registration fees can be made using one of the following three methods.

2. Alipay or WeChatPay (支付宝或 微信支付): please follow steps
i) Open WeChat or Alipay and scan the following QR code
ii) The app will automatically jump to the payment page as one of the two below:
iii) Enter the correct amount of registration fee depending on the payment time. (Early bird Standard: NZD 850, early-bird Student NZD 460; Non-early bird payment: Standard NZD 1000, and student NZD 540).
Type in your personal details in “Note (optional)”, including your Name and Affiliation. It is important to provide your personal info so that we know where the payment comes from.
iv) Make a screenshot of your “successful payment page”, and make sure that the order number highlighted by red rectangles is included (see the examples below). Please send your screenshot to the conference email: firstname.lastname@example.org, with your Name and Affiliation.
3. On-site payment
if you decide to pay on-site, you may not be eligible for early-bird registration.
Verification and Refund Policies:
Participants are only verified after the registration payment are paid, or a notification has been received if they decide to make on-site payment.
If you notify the conference committee before 15 January 2019, full refund can be made (minus bank charges). If the request for refund is made between 16th January to 10th February 2019, half registration fee (minus bank charges) can be refunded. After 11th February 2019, no refund is possible.
